These guidelines apply to public profiles, notes, reports, event submissions, and other shared content.

01Keep it clear

Use specific, neutral questions. Do not misstate the source, close time, evidence, or what YES and NO mean.

02Keep people safe

Do not post threats, targeted harassment, hateful content, sexual exploitation, private personal information, or material that encourages real-world harm.

03Protect event integrity

Do not manipulate participation, impersonate a source or person, coordinate fake activity, or submit evidence you know is false.

04Report problems

Use the event report control for unclear rules, bad sources, duplicates, wrong timing, wrong results, harmful content, or a broken page. Include context that helps review.

05Enforcement

Pop may limit visibility, remove content, restrict an account, void an affected event, or preserve evidence for review. Operational decisions are recorded for audit.
