Rules
Clear before call. Auditable after.
If an event page conflicts with a summary elsewhere, the event page’s published criteria, close time, and resolution source control.
01Eligible launch events
The general launch feed contains curated binary questions with a clear YES case, a clear NO case, a close time, and an inspectable resolution source. Multi-outcome capability remains available outside that editorial feed.
02Calls are final
A call exists only after server confirmation. Late, rejected, offline, or ambiguous actions must never be shown as committed. An accepted call cannot switch sides.
03Resolution and evidence
Pop applies the published criteria to the named source and records supporting evidence. A result stays pending while it is disputed or not yet final.
04Void and return
If the source cannot establish a trustworthy answer, Pop may void the event and return committed POP. A void is not displayed as a win or loss.
05Corrections
A correction does not rewrite history. Pop records the reversal, applies the corrected settlement, updates affected receipts, and preserves the audit trail.
06POP credits
POP is closed-loop product credit. It is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and does not represent ownership or a financial instrument.
