Pop is operated by SILT LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Last updated 6 October 2026.

01What Pop is

Pop is a prediction product. It shows questions about future events and lets you record a call under the published event rules. POP is the product's native asset; each event and transaction has its own published terms.

02POP asset

POP supports purchase, sale, transfer, and redemption through their actual transaction routes. Each action uses its own quote, terms, and confirmed transaction. The $0.10 launch display is a reference, not a fixed exchange rate, redemption price, or guarantee of liquidity.

POP received through purchases, rewards, promotions or transfers has the same holder rights. Check the current price, fees, recipient and terms before confirming a transaction. Purchases are not available yet.

03Not advice

Prediction probabilities and outcomes are not guaranteed. Any POP transaction price, fees, and settlement terms come from the applicable route at confirmation; the launch display reference is not an executable quote. Nothing in Pop is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

04Acceptable use

Use Pop lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app, extract its source, or resell it. We may withdraw access if you do.

05Pre-release software

Pop is early software, provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Features may change. Keep access to your account and wallet secure; browser session data does not replace your account records or wallet backup.

06Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SILT LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pop.

07Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use Pop after an update means you accept the revised terms.
