Pop is operated by SILT LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Last updated 6 October 2026.

The official legal text is provided in English; navigation and support follow your chosen language.

The short version: Pop uses the information needed to provide your account, predictions and shared features. You choose what to make public. Wallet and payment services handle the information needed for the transactions you choose to make.

01Your activity and public content

Pop maintains account, balance and activity records to provide your predictions, receipts and history. This includes the events you use, your calls, POP amounts and profile information you provide. Public posts and profiles are visible to other people; receipt visibility follows your sharing choice.

Connecting Telegram or a wallet shares the account information needed to identify you and confirm that the wallet is yours. Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses can be publicly visible on the relevant network.

02Your device and support

Your browser or app stores session information and preferences such as language. Clearing it may disconnect your session; it does not delete shared service records or assets in your wallet.

When you contact contact@pop.rich, we use the message and any details you choose to provide to respond. Do not send passwords, private keys or wallet recovery phrases.

03Service providers

Hosting, storage and security services process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect Pop. This website loads fonts from Google, which receives the request information needed to serve them.

Optional wallet and payment services may request information needed to verify your identity and complete a transaction. Review the provider's privacy notice when using that service. We do not sell personal information or use support requests for advertising.

04Children

Pop is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through Pop support, contact us so we can address it.

05Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Pop changes. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
